His expertise includes multi-branch operations, strategic business expansion, portfolio management, credit assessment, and risk mitigation.

Throughout his career, he has contributed to regional operations and business development across multiple districts of Tamil Nadu. His professional experience includes working with organisations such as L&T Finance, SMILE Microfinance Limited, Vaya Finserv Private Limited, and New Opportunity Consultancy Private Limited (NOCPL).

His areas of expertise include Joint Liability Group (JLG) and Self-Help Group (SHG) lending models, credit evaluation, collection management, regulatory compliance, internal audit, and operational governance. He also brings experience in leading field teams, improving operational processes, and building strong community relationships.
