He brings expertise in strategic management, regional operations, portfolio growth, financial compliance, and team leadership.

Throughout his career, he has held middle and senior management roles, contributing to branch operations, business expansion, credit appraisal, risk management, and portfolio quality across multiple regions of Tamil Nadu.

His professional experience includes working with reputed organisations such as L&T Finance Limited, SMILE Microfinance Limited, Vaya Finserv Private Limited, and ESAF Cooperative Society. His experience spans Joint Liability Group (JLG) and Self-Help Group (SHG) lending models, operational management, regulatory compliance, and community engagement.

As Managing Director & CEO of Vivardhana Microfinance Limited, he brings a strong understanding of rural, semi-urban, and urban financial needs, supporting the company’s focus on financial inclusion and responsible microfinance.
